Refund policy for Nano Banana Pro

We want you to feel confident when trying Nano Banana Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following are true:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase or first subscription charge; and
  • Your account has not materially used the service (see "Non-Refundable Cases" below).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nano-banana-pro.co with:

  • Your account email
  • The order/receipt ID (if available)
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Significant usage of the service after purchase (including substantial credit consumption, high-volume generation, or repeated exports/downloads)
  • Renewal payments after the refund window
  • Purchases made via one-time credit packs (unless required by law)
  • Accounts that violate our Terms of Service, abuse the platform, or attempt to obtain free service through refund requests

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges. Instructions: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in account restrictions.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
